The Title Register and Title Plan are the official documents proving ownership (or non-ownership) of a property.

A Title Register consists of up-to-date record of ownership, name and address of owners, detailed information on easements (e.g. parking rights and access rights), restrictive covenants, mortgages, maintenance responsibilities, transfers, conveyances, lease agreements, tenure (e.g. freehold or leasehold), and purchase price.

The Title Plan document is another supporting official document proving the extent of the property.
